Thank you for shopping at BudyFit. We take great pride in the quality of our fitness apparel and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most Apparel and Accessories within 10 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Note: We do not accept returns on certain items such as undergarments, worn items, or those marked as final sale, unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or worn apparel
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., sweatbands, shaker bottles)
- Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable fitness guides
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@budyfit.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item, if damaged or incorrect
We will respond with instructions and a return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping or issue a prepaid label after evaluation.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again
- Then contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@budyfit.com
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
