A intermediate strength exercise targeting the Shoulders using dumbbell.

How to Perform
- 1 Set bench to slight incline. Press dumbbells up in a controlled path, avoid shrugging shoulders. Keep core braced to protect lower back. Return until elbows are ~90° then press.
