Inchworm to Cobra

How to Perform

  1. 1 Start standing. Hinge at hips, walk hands forward to an extended plank then lower hips into cobra for a front-of-hip/hip-flexor opening. Reverse the movement to stand. Move deliberately to prepare hamstrings and thoracic spine.
