Plank Jump In Squat
A intermediate strength exercise targeting the Plyometrics using bodyweight only.

How to Perform
- 1 Dynamic movement combining core and lower-body power. From high plank jump feet forward into shallow squat and return to plank. Use controlled range to avoid impact if knees or elbows sensitive; prefer stepping if needed.
