PVC Hip Hinge
A intermediate strength exercise targeting the Hips using bodyweight only.

How to Perform
- 1 With PVC at hips, hinge at the hips keeping a neutral spine and slight knee bend. Push hips back and feel stretch in hamstrings. Keep movements slow to prime hinge pattern without loading the spine.
