PVC Pass Through

How to Perform

  1. 1 Stand tall, grip PVC with wide hands and keep arms straight. Slowly bring the PVC overhead and behind you to feel thoracic extension and shoulder external rotation. Control the movement; limit depth if shoulders feel tight. 2–3 slow reps per rep.
