A intermediate strength exercise that works multiple muscle groups using bodyweight only.

How to Perform
- 1 Seat tall, chest up, pull with elbows to ribs, squeeze scapula together and avoid excessive lumbar rounding. Use towel or strap for grip if needed. Exhale on pull, control return.
