Smith Bench Press
A intermediate strength exercise targeting the Chest using smith_machine, bench.

How to Perform
- 1 Set up on Smith so bar path is comfortable; feet drive into floor, scapulae slightly retracted. Lower under control to mid-chest (2 seconds), pause briefly, press up explosively but controlled. Exhale on press. Stop any pain in shoulder; reduce ROM if needed.
