Twist Knee Drive
A intermediate plyometric exercise targeting the Plyometrics using bodyweight only.

How to Perform
- 1 From standing, drive one knee up toward chest while rotating toward that knee. Alternate sides to activate hip flexors and warm glute/hip complex. Keep a tall posture.

- Stop if you feel any pain
