Ring Self Assisted Pull Up
A beginner strength exercise targeting the Back using bodyweight only.

How to Perform
- 1 Use rings or band assistance so you can complete full, controlled reps. Focus on scapular pull-down then bend the elbow to bring chin over rings. Lower controlled to full hang. Stop if shoulder pain occurs.
